This Refund and Return Policy describes how Dukkanti ('we', 'us', or 'our') handles refunds and returns for our products.
Eligibility for Return or Exchange
- Only products that are damaged, spoiled, or unusable upon delivery are eligible.
- You must notify our support team within 24 hours of receiving your order and provide clear photos of the damaged item(s).
- The item must be kept in the same condition as delivered until our team reviews your request. Please do not discard the product before contacting us.
- For sealed packaged goods (such as jars, cans, snacks, or boxes), the packaging should remain intact unless the damage itself caused it to open.
Process
- Contact our customer support team through Whatsapp 800DUKKANTI within 24 hours with your order number and photos showing the damage or defect
- Once your request is reviewed and approved:
1. We will arrange for a replacement product (if available), OR
2. Issue a refund to your original payment method if a replacement cannot be provided. - Refunds are typically processed within 7-14 business days.
Important Notes
- Returns or exchanges are not accepted for reasons other than damage or defect.
- Items that have been discarded before reporting cannot be considered for return or exchange.
